• Any changes made will affect all passengers listed under the booking; individual changes for specific passengers are not possible.
• Within 24 hours of booking, passengers can rectify any errors made during the reservation process at no additional cost, apart from potential fare differences.
• In exceptional circumstances such as illness, surgery, high-risk pregnancy, or court summons affecting a passenger, a date change can be requested.
• Relevant documentation must be submitted through the official website within one month of the original travel date to request a change due to exceptional circumstances.

What is the Vueling Airlines Cancellation policy?

• For solo trips or single-person flights, individual reversals aren't allowed; the entire booking must be canceled.
• Vueling Airlines allows cancellations under specific circumstances:
• Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours before the flight for passengers traveling with the Fly Grande bundle (on international flights) or the TimeFlex fare (on domestic flights within Spain).
• Passengers traveling with the Fly Light or Fly bundle (on international flights) or the Basic, Optima, or Family fare (on domestic flights within Spain) can cancel up to 48 hours before the flight if they have arranged the Flex Pack service.
• Cancellation is permissible for justified reasons such as illness, surgery, high-risk pregnancy, or court summons (including service at a polling station).
