After your ticket has been issued, some changes or cancellations may require an additional post-ticketing service fee.
These charges cover the cost of agent assistance, processing, and coordination with airlines or other suppliers.
They are separate from airline or government fees and apply per passenger, per ticket.

- Fees are non-refundable unless the airline or supplier denies the service requested.
- All self-service tools (if available) carry the same fees as listed.
- Airline refunds or future credits are subject to each airline’s fare rules as well as policies and approval.
- Most airline tickets are non refundable; waivers depend on the supplier's discretion.
- Government taxes and fees may change without notice.
- Fees are converted to your local currency at checkout.

Documentation Requirements
To process certain requests, you may need to provide supporting documents:
- Name misspelling: Valid ID or passport copy
- Visa/passport denial: Official refusal letter
- Baggage issues: Receipts and baggage tags
- No show or denied boarding: Written explanation or airline documentation
- Duplicate tickets: Copies of all tickets with identical itineraries
