If you find a lower fully inclusive fare (including taxes and fees) for the exact same flight itinerary on a major online travel agency (OTA) within 24 hours of booking, we will either:

• Refund you the difference
• Cancel your booking and issue a full refund if you prefer.

That is our Price Match Guarantee.

What Counts as the “Same Itinerary”?

Every detail of your itinerary must be identical to qualify for a price match.

• Airline(s) and flight number
• Route (origin along with destination and any connections)
• Travel dates and times
• Number of passengers
• Cabin class or seat type

What Does “Offered and Available for Booking” Mean?

The lower fare must:

• Be currently live on a major OTA competitor’s website at the time you contact us
• Be available for immediate booking by the general public
• Be verifiable in real-time by our customer support team

How to Submit a Price Match Claim

To claim your price match, you must:

1. Contact our customer support team within 24 hours of booking via:

1. Provide your WinkTravelDeals booking reference number
2. Submit details of the lower fare, including:

o Airline name(s) and flight number(s)

o Complete itinerary (dates, times, number of passengers, seat type)

o Direct URL or screenshot showing the competing fare

Note: Claims with incomplete or unverifiable information may be denied.

Once verified, you can choose to:

• Keep your booking and receive a refund of the price difference, or
• Cancel your booking for a full refund

Exceptions

Our Price Match Guarantee does not apply to:

• Negotiated, corporate, or membership fares
• Group, charter, reward program, incentive, convention, or consolidator fares
• Coupon codes, special promotions, or private sale fares
• Military, student, government, bulk, or package fares
• Opaque tickets (where airline details are revealed only after purchase)
• Bidding/auction site tickets
• Pricing errors as well as obvious mistakes or misprints
• Low cost carriers (LCCs)
